CBE Explores Academic Collaboration with the International Monetary Fund

The College of Business and Economics (CBE) at the American University of Kuwait (AUK) recently welcomed Mr. Abdoul Aziz Wane, Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Regional Office in Riyadh, for a meeting with Dr. Mohammad Elian, Dean of CBE.
 
The meeting explored potential collaboration in economic research, regional policy dialogue, academic conferences, and opportunities for faculty and student engagement in IMF activities.
 
Both parties expressed interest in identifying practical initiatives to strengthen academic cooperation and promote knowledge exchange.
 
This engagement reflects CBE's commitment to expanding international partnerships, advancing research, and connecting students and faculty with leading global economic institutions.
