Senior Coordinator - Student Life
This position is responsible for the development, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of all campus life programs related to student activities for the enrichment and development of students. Reports to the Director of Student Life. The Senior Coordinator will directly supervise the Events Coordinator while ensuring the university community, in both its programs and facilities, are in compliance with institutional and governmental regulations.

 

Director of Student Life
Reports to the Dean of Student Life.
The Director-Student Life provides leadership and supervision for the design, implementation, and evaluation of the University's Student Life programs resulting in increased student retention and success. The individual in the position is responsible for general supervision of staff, management of related programs and facilities, as well as budget management. In addition, the individual serves as the University's Student Conduct Officer and is a member of the Code of Conduct Committee, Dean-Student Affairs Leadership Team and may serve on additional University committees as required.

 

Personal Counselor
Reporting to the Director-Counseling Center, counselor responsibilities include the development, implementation and evaluation of programs and services designed to promote student career development and personal wellness.

 

Human Resources Assistant
This is an administrative level position within the Department of Human Resources. The person performing in this position provides HR administrative support to the Director and Human Resources department in various areas of general HR activities and record keeping, insuring that the department is organized and operating in an effective and efficient manner.

 

Part-time - FEMALE Gym Instructor
Reporting to the Senior Sports Coordinator, this position is responsible for the general operation of the gym, including the maintenance of equipment, instruction of equipment use, providing training and nutritional advice, and ensuring the safety of the area.

 

Program Coordinator
This is a Full-time, administrative position within AUK's Center for Research in Informatics, Sciences and Engineering (RISE). The Coordinator will work closely with the Director cross-functionally on most of the Center's activities. He/she will be primarily responsible for organizing events like lectures, seminars, and conferences, or, handling administrative issues related to visiting scholars and researchers. The Coordinator will focus on identifying potential grants and industry tenders and work closely with the Center's Faculty Associates and Research Affiliates in various research-related tasks, and will supervise the Center's student workers and interns. He/she will also be expected to maintain regular contact with the Center's local, regional, and international affiliate institutions in the interest of promoting collaborative research and projects.

 

Learning & Development Trainer/Coach (Part time)
Reports to the Training Operations Manager.
CCE is looking to work with all passionate and experienced corporate trainers in Kuwait. 

Join us, if you have experience with training for adult education and skilled in facilitating successful training programs in the areas of Project Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Management and Business skills, Finance and Accounting, Teacher Development and Language skills.

We are looking for outgoing and energetic trainers to work with us on project basis, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey expertise in developing training materials and present programs in a stimulating manner using a combination of personality, multimedia and group exercises.
